Problem 1:
Computer is not working.
Possible Reasons:
1. No Power supply
2. Hardware Complaint.
3. Laptop Keyboard not working
 Possible Solutions
  1.Switch on Power supply [Ensure both CPU&Monitor LED is on]
  2.Replace Hardware.
     [Replacing hardware is expensive. 
     [ Approximate Costs [one Unit]:

        Hard Disc 3000 Rs
        CD/DVD Drive 1500 Rs
        SMPS 700 Rs
        Laptop Battery 3000 Rs
        Laptop Charger 2000 Rs
        USB Keyboard 350 Rs
        USB Mouse 350 Rs
        Headphone with Mic 350 Rs]
       3. Use USB Keyboard. Laptop complaint, if reported, will be register with Keltron.They will service all ICT Products supplied by Govt. Of India. [6 Laptop, 1 Generator, 2 Projector, 2 Desktop ,1 Digital Camera,1 All in one Printer[Office]The warranty does not cover physically damaged items, Printer Toner , Laptop battery charger etc]
  Problem 2:
1.Computer is on. Some lines are displaying

Install edubuntu 10.04.12 [If it reported, It will be done as   soon as possible. If you are hurry, learn to install Ubuntu .But reinstalling several times may damage hardware.]
